DELIGHT IN THE DETAILS

ABOUT

Mano at the Beach is an interior design + lifestyle blog. I'm Marina, but you can call me Mano.

I believe that everyone deserves a home that is inviting, peaceful, and meaningful, and that is the foundation of everything I share here. Personal style is just that—personal. It's a tangible representation of your story that is equal parts familiar and aspirational.

What started as a way to document my own journey to my ideal home evolved into a passion for sharing what I learn along the way. Here on Mano at the Beach, you will find practical wisdom, style inspiration, honest experiences and—for those of you in search of a guiding hand—flexible and collaborative design services soon to come.

Builder-grade bathrooms — we've seen them before. They boast shiny chrome faucets, track lights above the mirror, and faux oak vanities.

SPRING FEVER

Climbing roses are a lovely way to beautify the exterior of your home. I love this look so much!

When I fall in love with a certain look and discover that achieving this appeal is not within my set budget, I rarely walk away. Instead, I find a way to get what I love, renovating my space to exactly what I love and want to see! The first step to any successful interior design is to distinctly identify what you want your space to look and feel like.

Simple office finds

"I have always wanted an English kitchen.

I lived in England for a short time. While I was there, I soaked in the decor from all the wonderful places I visited. From Churches to Castles to restaurants & quaint shops & gardens..Inspiration was literally everywhere. Having my passion for design since an early age, I know right away when something is pleasing to my eye, but more importantly, pleasing to my soul."
